Principal Engineer & Founder
Malin spent his youth working with friends and family on residential projects including remodels, landscaping, and buildouts. After graduating high school, Malin enlisted in the US Army as a Technical Engineer where he led construction and design projects through the southern United States, Europe, Asia, and Africa.
Malin deployed to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom from 2010-2011, and participated in multiple non-combat deployments throughout Europe, Asia, and Africa. He was honorably discharged in 2016 when he decided to focus on structural engineering.
Starting work in Southern California, Malin worked on projects varying from healthcare, residential, commercial, and sports and entertainment. He is a California licensed Structural Engineer (License No. S7478).
Malin's goal is to better his community through modern engineering techniques so his two sons are able to enjoy everything Placer County has to offer.
